By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions issued by JasGrace International Corp. (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
§1 General
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services provided by us through our online store and all related subdomains. Conflicting terms from the customer will not apply unless confirmed by us in writing.
- The business relationship is governed by the laws of Austria and the European Union, unless overridden by mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country of residence.
- The contractual language is English.
- Place of jurisdiction shall be Austria, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
- We currently deliver to EU countries, Switzerland, and selected international regions. For shipping destinations and restrictions, please see our Shipping & Returns page.
§2 Contract Formation
- Product listings on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer but serve as a non-binding online catalog.
- By clicking the "Buy" button during checkout, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once you receive an automated order confirmation by email.
- You may access your order history and contract details in your customer account, if created.
§3 Pricing, VAT, Shipping & Payment
- All prices shown include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping fees vary by order value and destination. See full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Other local payment methods where available
- In the event of payment default, we may cancel the order and/or claim statutory damages.
- A digital invoice will be issued and sent via email or included in the shipment.
§4 Delivery & Risk Transfer
- Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
- Items in stock are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
- We may split your order into partial deliveries at no extra charge if this expedites processing.
- In rare cases where our suppliers fail to deliver, and we are not at fault, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and issue a full refund.
- Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. For business customers, risk transfers upon handover to the shipping carrier.
§5 Warranty & Liability
- Customers are entitled to legal warranty rights in the event of defective goods.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is excluded from warranty coverage.
- Warranty periods are:
- 2 years for new items
- 1 year for used items
- If a valid defect is reported, we will offer repair or replacement. If that fails, customers may request a refund or price reduction.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
