At JasGrace International Corp., we accept refund or exchange requests for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used items
- Perishable goods
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Health and personal care items once opened
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request a photo and will offer either a replacement or full refund, including shipping fees.
Refunds for Wholesale Orders
Refunds for wholesale or bulk orders are evaluated case by case and may not apply to all transactions. Contact us directly at info@jasgrace-intl.com.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
