Standard international shipping may take 7–14 business days.
We will provide tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

🔁 Return Policy

✅ Individual Consumers (EU)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, individual consumers have the right to return online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please contact us before returning any item.

✅ Individual Consumers (Taiwan)

According to Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period for online purchases.
Products must be unopened, unused, and returned with all original packaging.
This period is not a trial period. Please notify us in advance if you wish to return a product.

🚫 Wholesale / Bulk Orders (EU & Taiwan)

Please note: The above return rights apply only to individual consumers.
Wholesale and bulk purchases are not eligible for automatic returns under consumer protection laws in the EU or Taiwan.
Return terms for business clients must be prearranged by contract or mutual agreement.
