What products do you offer? What are your main ingredients?
We offer a range of directly sourced products in Europe, including rice, noodles, sauces, red beans, green mung beans, and more — delivered from origin without middlemen.
We also produce sweets, beverages, sauces, and ready-to-cook packs in our own factory in Slovenia.
In Asia, we sell select agricultural goods and skincare products from trusted small farmers and artisan producers across Europe.
Where do your ingredients come from? Are they organic or non-GMO?
Each product clearly indicates its country of origin and whether it is organic. We strictly avoid genetically modified ingredients.
Do your products contain any additives or preservatives?
Our products contain no preservatives.
All imported goods are labeled according to local regulations, with ingredient lists provided in the local language.
Products made in our Slovenian factory follow a clean, natural production standard and contain no unnecessary additives.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians or people with allergies?
All products include clear allergen information.

Can I return or exchange products? Under what conditions?
Under EU regulations, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving goods, provided items are unopened and undamaged.
In Taiwan, buyers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period for online purchases (not a trial period), and products must be returned in original, unused condition.
